The Excutive Series security system has field-based security provisions which is an essential control for multi-user accounting system. When setting up security, you may specify access to modules, menu options, reports, financial reports, companies/funds, windows, fields, buttons and other objects within a window or specific data by user or groups of users. Read only access and/or conditional access may be defined on windows and objects within a windows. The security system can be implemented or maintained via a user-friendly context sensitive user interface or a more traditional series of list maintenance windows.
